The following fixes are included in this patch:

NLS-7160: Improved the amount of time it takes to delete a loan in a large database.

NLS 7161: Fixed an issue where payments that are applied at the commitment level not fully getting reversed in certain scenarios.

There will be no interruption to users connection to their databases.
