On Sunday, June 14, we completed a planned migration of our internal operations datacenter. This migration was limited to internal operational systems and infrastructure and did not involve customer production environments, customer data, or core application services.
During the migration process, network routing and connectivity changes were implemented to transition operational services to the new datacenter location. As these changes were being applied and validated, certain integrations supporting our DPV, CBC, and IMB services experienced intermittent connectivity interruptions.
As a result, customers may have encountered intermittent service disruptions between approximately 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM PDT. The interruptions were limited to the affected services and did not impact customer data, application availability, or transaction integrity.
The migration was completed successfully, connectivity was fully restored, and all affected services resumed normal operation by approximately 5:00 PM PDT.
We have reviewed the migration activities and are evaluating additional measures to further reduce service interruptions during future infrastructure transitions.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
